Hi all, I'm a musician and considering an iPad for music production. One concern I've come across is transferring files - audio wav/mp3 and MIDI - to and from my Windows 10 PC.

I'll be using it mostly as an idea pad/songwriting tool while away from home. Whereas when I return I'll need to transfer all audio and MIDI files from the iPad to my Windows 10 DAW. However from what I've been hearing so far this is not an easy task.

I've seen USB 'transferring' drives but they seem to have very poor reviews, as well as some programs/apps. I understand there's also a way of uploading the files and then downloading them to the PC but with large files this is supposedly very slow.

Is there a better and faster way of going about this ?

Thank you....
