Resolved Music store in iTunes.App for unsupported countries

I previously asked this. For countries that don't have an iTunes Music store, the iTunes.App only has the podcasts tab.

Now I've found the solution when doing a restore to iOS 5.

Restore iPhone. In the set up screen, set the iPhone region to a supported country and use an Apple ID from that country.

I can now download music and videos from iTunes.App.
