I've been on a ios 8 jailbreak for awhile and want to know how to transfer all the music I've downloaded through YouTube++ off my phone to my computer or back it up so when I update I still have all my music?

You can browse to the YouTube app's data folder and back up the video files from there
Although you'll lose it all and won't be able to restore it into the YouTube app when you update since iOS 9.3 is not jailbreakable
I think the jailbreak app "AppBackup" still works, but I haven't used that for quite at least 2 years now
