Ok, this have been going on for a couple of years now and I'm so effing tired of it!

Intermittently, and usually after I have been away from my Mac (from minutes to hours), the Music app unexpectedly crashes. That means, when I get back to my Mac the music has stopped playing, and I'm met by the crash dialogue.

It has been this way for at least macOS Mojave, and both as a macOS beta tester and not.

I am playing music through 1 to 2 Sonos speakers, and one Homepod. I got the Homepod this spring, but the Sonos's have been there several years.
I *think* I had the problem on my old 2017 MBP, but I'm not sure. Last summer I bought a 14" M1 Pro.

This is extremely annoying! What the duck is wrong!? 😩

I can't read error reports, but maybe someone can help me understand this. It's attached.

Yes, I did a clean install when I bought the MBP 14" last summer.
It was a real PITA to get everything back in order again… 😝

(I *am* thinking of doing one more, because I have other issues, but this problem have stayed with me at least two years.)

Thanks for the input!

Followup;
Yesterday I left it playing *only* on the Homepod, but when I came back it had crashed. This rules out the Sonos at least.
