I have a great pair of bluetooth headphones that streamed music with my old phone. It was great. I would go on a bike ride listening to my music with my phone in my backpack somewhere and if a call came in I just extended the microphone ... bingo ... I was talking.

Am I missing something with iPhone? How could my old phone which was about a year old have such technology but this one doesn't?

Please tell me there is some preference or something I'm missing.

Thanks everybody.

That is A2DP, which the current iteration of iPhone does not support. The best case scenario is that it will included with the next software update for the phone.
