I put a number of movies/videos in my iTunes. They can be seen in the "Movies" folder when I am on the computer but not on my iPod

Recently, I purchased a movie from the iTunes Store. This movie shows up in my iTunes along with the other videos. However, the iPod only shows this one movie.

By a fluke, I noticed that if I “right click” on a movie I can “convert to play on iPod.”

I did this and the music videos now appear and will play on my ipod. However, there is no sound. There is sound if I play the video on my computer.

Is there anything I can do to get the sound track to play along with the video on the iPod?
