So, while launching certain apps (e.g. Hearthstone, Dots & Co) the music volume gets significantly lowered. Playing from the Apple Music app. Is this happening for other people? This was present in the "beta GM" for me as well.

I am experiencing this problem as well. It seems to be with pretty much all audio. I use the Slacker Radio app for 99% of my music listening and the volume starts off loud and after a few seconds it lowers significantly. I also think my alarm is doing the same thing.

Are you running two apps that have audio? I noticed this when listening to my podcast app Downcast or Spotify. If I start a game at the same time, it reduces the volume of each so that I have to go turn the volume back up. The annoying part is if I close the game, then the music or podcast returns to the old level and blasts my ears.

I guess it takes courage to run two audio apps at the same time in iOS10.
