I updated to OS5 on my iPhone4 today. I cannot seem to get my playlists/ringtones to sync. Suggestions?

Just by looking at the forum, it looks like many people have had some kind of music problem with their iPhone. Have you tried to reset it and reinstall everything from scratch? Sometimes upgrading software can mess things up. And make sure you have your music set to sync from your iTunes music menu.
