Hello.

Is there any reliable way to check periodically the health of my MBP M2 laptop (and also my M1 Mini) ?

If everything is working fine, I'd not worry about it.

People obsess over the battery health, so if you want to use that, download a copy of coconut battery.

There's also the System Information app found in Applications->Utilities.

No, my problem is to check the disk, not the battery health.. I don't care about battery health

The System Information app will report the SMART status, also there are apps that provide more detailed SMART details. I don't know of any that provide any sort of percentage of health, but there could be
