My 120 GB MBP

Hi i got my first 120GB MBP back in september 2006 ..
I found out that I could only use 80GB of my hard disk! and thats before i even install anything on it so i am just wondering is it sth with my mac or is OSx taking all of the space on my hard disk?

you never get the full capacity that is quoted by a hard disk manufacturer that is a well known fact....google to find out why. Then the rest is the OSX install and other crap....

There are other languages, and programs such as GarageBand which take up several gigabytes.
