I was looking around for a decent iPad stand. I decided to make it myself. It seems to do the trick. It cost me less then $3.

as a professional wood worker,, that looks like a piece of crap, and this is the iphone forum so it looks even worse here then it would in the ipad forum

I just realized that.. my bad.. How do I move it.. Looking through too many forum... :D

If it meets your needs (which it looks like it does) then don't listen to everyone else and be happy with your iPad stand that u have for under $3 :)

Might have looked better in black or silver and I would have put some soft rubber on the feet and supports to prevent damage to the iPad although its very unlikely that it would get damaged but what do I know you might have a natural wood coloured desk and the iPad stand matches in :)

Like, I said. I am not professional. This only took me 10 - 15 min and less then $3. I am okay with it. I shared this and hoping someone will come up with a better and cheap DIY stand.

nice one, I just bought one of these for $9 and chopped off the protruding middle piece until I can justify spending $60+ for a skadoosh..so far I have not been able to. its fully adjustable from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, and I like how it slightly elevates the iPad instead of having it sit at desk level.
