my 3.1.2 firmware is quite different?

I updated my iphone 2g to 3.1.2 firmware for the first time. i noticed that on "contacts" there is a button that say "share contact". i updated my iphone 2g again for the second time because the firmware crashed during the installation of winterboard. now my "contacts" don't have the same button (share contact). what do you guys think is wrong with my firmware?

I have the "share contact" button on an original iPhone, 3.1.2.

Maybe you should try a restore?
