My airpods3 are able to listen entirely my neighbour calls!

It's like one month that when I have got my AirPods on without any activity I can hear voices and calls.
I'm telling without any activity because for my convenience I receive a lot of calls everyday and I keep the AirPods always fitted in my ear (left or right, neither both)
I've identified that these voices are my neighbour calls and searching on internet no one has got my same issue neither similar.
Apple isn't aware of the problem and doesn't want to investigate neither solve this.
I think this is a big privacy trouble, because I've always though that AirPods bluetooth connection is always secure, but this seems not the scenario.

I would like apple to investigate on my problem since I'm seriously concerned about apple products privacy.
Is it any other one else having got this issue?

I guess what you thought about Bluetooth security was wrong.

Apple has a support page on their security for Bluetooth:

Apple provides numerous security features for the two types of Bluetooth it supports: Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

If you research you'll probably find that their security methods don't really address every possible privacy concern with Bluetooth nor does it have anything to do with what anyone else's Bluetooth is going to do or what signals a particular device will pick up in a particular location.

Did you ask Apple specifically if phone calls on your iPhone/AirPods can't be heard by anyone else? That's really the question.

iPhones can be set to share headsets, but usually only for Music. Perhaps your neighbor added your AirPods by accident.

It was a garbage 90's tech for at least phones, where they had cool see through colors for phones (that plugged into the wall) Here was the one I had.

If it were me, I would reset the AirPods by pressing the case button and repair Al devices.
