This is not strictly a jailbreaking question, but I've posted it here specifically for people with jailbreaking experience to look at, because I imagine that you guys have done all sorts of evil low-level stuff to trigger stuff like this. Basically, a lot of users, almost entirely ones on iOS 10.2 with the iPhone 6, are reporting that my app is causing their phone to fully reset. Not just shutdown, but do a full reset. Clearly Apple should never let an app reboot the phone, but I still need to prevent this for my users.

My only clues are the reset logs that I have from the few people that have used it. They say "error_type": 115, and they report wdog as the error. Normally, I'd gather crash logs, but we never get a crash log when the device does this. I also filed a support ticket and radar with Apple, but they've been no help at all.

I'm looking for any bits of information that might be remotely helpful. Files to look for in the system logs? Previous times you've seen problems like this? I'm worried that as 10.2 adoption goes up, this problem is going to affect more users. I have nothing to go on right now, so I'm pretty desperate lol

What is your app? I'm willing to take a look at it and see what's wrong with it when I have time.
