I have a background app that I made and it has pics of actress, and models will it be ok for me to submit this app, I just want to kno w will it be fine to have these pics in my apps

If you own the copyright to those images, or have permission/licensed them from the original owners, you should be okay. If not, you may get rejected by Apple for violating section 3.3.13 of the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement.
 
If you don't have the rights, and it does get approved, you might just get a nice cease and desist letter from the actresses/model's lawyers.

I think this happened with a Chuck Norris App...?
 
As long as the pictures are not copyrighted (unless you own/have permission to use the copyright) and are not too explicit (i.e. display nudity, etc - although they've started accepting more explicit stuff now) then you should be fine.
