My Apple ID has mysteriously locked

*I dont know if its the rights topic to post my thread in, if not tell me and i wil post it in the right category*

I have an apple id that ive been using for over 3 years. It was authorized in 3 of my computers and me and my brother are using it in 2 iPhone 4 devices and iPad.
One day, two of my computers became deauthorized from this account and every time i try to authorize them it tells me the message:



also i cant download anything from the app store anymore, it tells me it "cant connect to the iTunes store". its like my account is not worknig anymore.

can somebody tell me what the problem is and what can i do?

I dont understand how to do that... after they sent me the mail with the case number and te link, when i enter the link its just shows me my information.... how can i start the chat?

never mind, the problem solved...
If anyone interested the problem was because my name was "Orr & Dvir" and apperantly the itunes cant read & lol
