My Apple Watch counts 15 photos but I don't have any synchronized

I have seen in the Apple community that there are reports that this has been happening for many years, has Apple still not solved it?

Does it happen to anyone else? Is there a solution?

Mine also says 15 photos synced. Series 7. No luck figuring out the issue.
