Hello guys. Ok got a quick question. I have a new macbook which I got back in late june. When I first got it I calibrated the battery and all that. Well last night I decided to calibrate it again. Before when I had the powe r cord plugged in it would charge to 100 percent. Now it only goes to 99 percent. However when I unplug the power cord the battery shows 100 percent. I plug the cord back in and its at 99 percent. What's going on????

The charger only charges up to 100%, then waits for the battery to sink down to 95% and then charges it back up. I'd say that nothing is really going on with your battery, it's probably just the switch from being unplugged doing something (the light was green, MacBook thinks it should be 100% charged?). Either way, 1% is nothing to stress about.

Well I just find it odd how the entire time I have had the macbook the charge would always go to 100 percent with it plugged in and now only its 99 percent. I even let it go down to like 80 percent then plugged it back in and still only goes to 99 percent. It peeves me off because I felt like I screwed something up haha.

ok never mind lol now its at 100 percent. Whoo hoo I don't feel so bad now!!!
