Somehow he managed to disable my itouch, when i turn it on, there's a screen massage "IPOD IS DISABLED conect to Itunes" i did so but then a message pops and says "Itunes could no conect the Ipod "Ipod diego" because is locked with a passcode.You must enter your passcode on the Ipod before it can be used on Itunes" but i can't enter my passcode because my itouch it's disabled.. what can i do?

Your brother screwed your iPod? Restoring it should be the least of your worries. :D ;)

Plug the iPod Touch into your computer and select it from the left column in iTunes. Click where it says "Restore" and it will do the rest. When it asks if you'd like to restore as new or from a backup choose backup and select one that shows a date prior to your brother messing with it.

And FYI: You will lose everything put on it after the backup you restore.

Did you already have a passcode on it? It sounds like you did and your brother tried to guess it too many times.
