My camera light is dim, and when I open a camera program, the light doesnt go off

I may have spilled a bit of water on the coffee table today, but I wiped it up really quickly. I only got a few spots on my computer, not enough to do anything, or so I thought.

Now, when my computer is on, the little green light by the camera is dim. Earlier, when I opened photo booth, I could use the camera, but when I closed it, the green light would not go off. Now, if I open photo booth, I get a blank screen.

Any ideas?

It's a MBP 2.16.
