HELP!!!

After getting over the euphoria of owning and using my first Mac I have found that my iMac is actually crooked.

The right side of the iMac screen (from my position) sags down - The length from the bottom of the iMac screen to my desk on the left side is different to the length on the right side.

I saw this same topic in apple.com's discussion forums but the solution includedsays something about loose screws where the iMac screen is connected to the iMac stand and fixing it by myself will void the warrantry.

Please help!

P.S. I can post pictures to clarify my situation, but you have to tell me how to reduce the size of the photo file from 600KB to 240KB.

ahhh.. i'm in the same boat as you. i have an emac. and after a trip from school, a few sharp turns later... my screen sags. i've tried fooling around with it, but it just doesn't want to budge.

have you dropped it? maybe tipped it over before?

that's what i got going on. maybe you got some similar problem.

Do you have an Apple store or other authorized Apple repair place? Take it there and get then to fix it if it's under warrenty.

Okay, I'm probably gonna need to take to an Apple Store.

Thanks for all you're replies.

And, if you are in the same boat in me and got your iMac fixed, let me know. Cheers!
