iPod touch My Cydia icon disappeared for some reason

Is there any way I can use Cydia to delete unwanted things? I have a couple of GB used from mods I can't even delete. I'm using an iPod Touch 4th gen, running iOS 6.1.1

What do you mean by deleting mods? You use cydia to uninstall tweaks, if that is what you meany by mods

if your cydia icon disappeared, see if you can access cydia by opening safari and typing in "cydia://"
