My cydia seems messed up..

I don't what is wrong with it but I tried to get the gpsPhone emulator and I couldn't find it even though its repo was in cydia. Anyways NOW everytime I try to install SOMETHING it always gives an error saying 'trying to overwrite blah blah blah which also has blah blah in it' or it just says 'hash mash mix match'...anyone else having problems? Installer also keeps crashing. I know installer is crap but I kind of like novelty stuff idk...

That's because you already have a file in that location with the same name. I had the same problems installing a theme, because I had another theme in the same directory with the exact same name as the one I was trying to install.

Well why is gpsphone not there?? and why is installer crashing..? Is anyone else having this problem as well?
