My daughter's S3 is faster then my Note 2

As I said my s3 wifi is much faster then my note 2 anyone no why that is?
I didnt try lte yet.

The ping is always in the 30's on s3 and around 15-18 on note 2.
Did about 5 tests

Post speedtest.net screenshots. Also lower ping is better.

I've noticed with my Note 2 at home with a 30Mbps wifi connection will max at around 6-7Mbps. If I turn off wifi on the phone and then on again real quick it shoots up to 16Mpbs. Then at some point later it will stay back at around 6-7.

Even if I turn off wifi power save mode it continues this activity.
