How do you have it connected? USB-C? If DisplayPort or HDMI, what make/model of adapter? Running through a hub (what kind?) or directly connected to one of the MBP's ports?

I use the USB-C cable in the box. Direct connection. I initially also got YCbCr. But after I tried a few other profiles (Display P3, Adobe RGB etc) and switched back to Dell profile, it's now fixed in RGB mode.
