What is the dogs name and what is he/she protesting?

His name is Chico. He is protesting the slaughter of whales in Korea. There is a large meeting this week in Korea to decide the fate of the humpback whale. Whaling has been outlawed there for about ten years, and now they are considering opening hte waters up to whalers again. Greenpeace is doing a virtual march that will be viewed before the meeting the those involved. So this does not get moved to the political forum, PM me if you want more information.
