I try added new faces on My Faces and setting new Faces as my current face. And it does nothing on the Watch. I've tried restarting my iPhone and Watch multiple times each.
I'm having this same problem! Also when I change which photo album to use for watch faces in the Apple Watch app the change doesn't register and the watch still uses the old photo album.
