well yesterday i had my first mac crash, i spray some cleaning solution on the screen and wipe it down than the keyboard. i power on the air, than all a sudden welcome into a screen that was all light blue while at the main desktop. wireless mouse didnt work, laptop trackpad work but couldn't click on anything, hit the power button once but no response so i had to hold it down to shut down, after that, i power it back on and than it took a minute to load up to desktop, all back to normal. turn the air off than back on, it loaded to desktop back to normal time of 13sec.

so anyone know why that blue screen happened?

I think you answered your own question (see above underlined text). Never spray anything onto a computer. Use a very damp cloth if you must, but don't spray. Liquids and electronics don't mix.
