I have the recent Star Trek movie on Blu-ray and just tried to use the digital copy. The results were interesting.
Attempt 1: As instructed, I inserted disk 3 and selected it in iTunes. It popped up with "please enter the provided code" along with references to Gran Torino. I closed iTunes and tried again.
Attempt 2: The movie showed up as Star Trek. I entered the code and was told that my session had timed out and that I should try again (I can't have taken more than a minute, all up). I closed iTunes again.
Attempt 3: It actually worked this time.
So, I got it going in the end, but is this really the norm? Has anyone else had issues with digital copies?
