My First Hard Crashes

I'm on my second Mac Mini over three or four years. I've just started getting hard crashes by which I mean the screen goes blank, you get a message about a problem, and it restarts. This is on Yosemite. Once it crashed during a World of Warcraft session and another while doing a Sudoku puzzle in the New York Times. Wow is resource intensive and the puzzle uses Java. They don't seemed related. Finally, I found it at the log on screen in the morning after not using it since the night before. Does this sound like a hardware problem? The mini is about two years old.

No, there was just a generic 'there was a problem' message.

It died again last night. I hadn't used it in hours. I found this dump after I got back in:

I did a search on the error and found another thread, https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1762164/ f on MacRumors where people were getting random crashes running the Yosemite beta. Maybe they haven't fixed the problem.

I did some more research that led me to believe it may be a third party extension. I ran the following command and got these results:

I can get rid of the first and third drivers easily enough as they're in my login startup list. I'm pretty sure the second one, com.GenesysLogic.driver.GLLUD, is for my Lexar USB card reader. I ran locate with the name and nothing came up. This was after I ran an update to the locate db. Any idea where I can find this file?

UPDATE

I still don't know where the driver is. I got it off the list by unplugging my card reader. Now to wait to see if I get another crash.
