So, I was part of the Public Beta program. I've been running Yosemite on my rMBP since the first public beta and I've been pretty happy with it.
I love the new design. It's modern, simple and refreshing. I've been also loving handoff and continuity since I got my iPhone 6 with iOS 8. This has to be the best OS X release so far.
But what I didn't expect after the public betas. The final release is extremely stable. Honestly... 0 problems so far. It boots up fast, it performs nicely, all the new features work and so does the existing features. No graphical glitches, no freezes, no lags. This was totally unexpected even thought the PB6 was pretty good. But it was nowhere near this good.
I did a clean install since I was running the betas. I wanted a fresh start for the final OS to make sure I get as few errors as possible. Seems like I got none.
Couldn't be happier. Anyone else got as lucky?
