When I was upstairs for like 3 mins, she slept on top of it until I got back. She's like 80-90 pounds. Should my iPhone be ok? This happened because I left my phone on the couch by accident

As long as she didn't trounce on it, it should be okay.

My webpage and my facebook apps isn't loading properly at times. Do you think this might have caused this?

I'm not getting all push notifications like when people sends me messages on apps. I checked my settings and it's the same. What should I do? I did hard reset by pressing home and power button but didn't fix it

Definitely. The dog changed some settings on your device while sleeping...;)

oh, that had me laughing for some time. dogs are... soft, you know. i don't think they can cause any damage to any touch phone. at maximum, maybe some dirt got from the dog to the screen and that is what causing like that. just wipe the screen. my dog happened to go buts over my iPad sometimes, and caused tons of apps to open and do random stuff as his paws touched the screen. no damage was caused.

Check she didn't set up Touch ID with her paw prints.

Touch ID still works fine but I'm getting missed push notifications from apps at times when people message me on snap chat facebook etc. what should I do?

Try doing a Erase all setting (this will only reset all your settings, everything else will be intact). If this fails, then try doing a factory restore and set it up as a new device and see if that works.

Before doing those process, should I update iOS first or after?

The chances of your dog having an effect on your iPhone is about as big, as the chances of you and him having a two-sided Facetime conversation where he called you, on his new iPhone he bought himself*.

* Assuming he didn't drool on it, and it is not working at all.

Take the phone to your closest Apple store. Talk to the first genius that you see. Tell them your story and then hand over the iPhone to them. Go and buy a cheap Android phone. Live life knowing that the dog can't make the experience any worse than it already is for that phone.:)

you should try being less obvious as a troll, unless that is your intention. in which case, you're not funny.
