Hey

I have recently upgraded my iCloud from 20Gb to 50Gb to back up my iPhone's data but I am just amazed how it's showing that all the 50Gb are used up and only around 250Mb are free while actually it's using around 12Gb only and here is a screenshot

what's the issue and how can I fix it

have you check to make sure there are no duplicate back ups? Call Apple and get them to double check.

I had an issue were there were 2 failed backups none showing on any devices they were hidden and Apple just removed all them and told me to back up again.

It doesn't show anything here about duplicated back up. I tried to remove the 0KB back up which is the last one in the list and it's showing connot delete backup idk why.

I'd do either 2 things if I was you, delete all iCloud back ups from all your apple devices running on the same account, then iCloud back them up after (make sure before you delete them all that you backup to iTunes)

or like I said contact Apple and ask them, I've had hidden duplicates before which only Apple could see
