I've run into an odd problem with Adobe Air. When I'm using it to play an online college course, I can't get any sound. However, when I play the same course, using the same software, on my Macbook Pro, I've got sound - no problem. The two machines are configured exactly the same - at least to my eyes. The iMac has never had a sound problem in any other way and it's the only time it's unable to do the same thing that my Macbook Pro can do. What ON EARTH could be the reason for this?

iMac = 10.6.7 OS, 2.4 Intel Core 2 Duo
Macbook = 10.6.7 2.4 Intel Core 2 Duo

Any thoughts are appreciated.
