Hi guys,

Well a long story short: I did something wrong with bootcamp and i had to get it fixed, so i brought it to an Apple reseller. They fixed the problem but created another one at the same time. The harddisk of my imac started making a damn noise, so i decided to bring it again(dispite the long distance and 60 euro gas every time i bring it). They replaced the Harddisk but it still has the same problem. I dont like it but its not like its driving me nuts..

But now...

I noticed a black pixel on my screen so i just cleaned the screen, and i discovered 4 or 5 black dots on my screen and dust inside my screen, where i cant get in to to clean it.... Damn noobs, why cant they fix it in the first time. It seems every time i bring it to the apple reseller another problem pops up..

Will they fix both problems if i bring it to another Apple reseller? Hope they will do their job right.

And because this is my first mac product and i became a apple fanboy i now have my doupts if Apple is that good as everyone says and if i should get my macbook pro or just go for a damn Vista crap for allot less money.

So is this me being really unlucky or is this the way things go with apple? I realllyy hope for the first choice.

Thank you for reading,

Either you have dust trapped under the glass from the service they performed or you have some dead pixels or both. You can take the glass off to clean it. There are a bunch of videos on YouTube showing the process. Since you still have the noise problem I would take it back and demand a replacement, especially considering the new screen issue you may have. Can't hurt and at the very least if you have more then a few dead pixels they will replace the screen or Mac under warranty.

I think i have both, because ive seen some fibers which i cant clean because they are trapped behind the glass.
But can i still demand a replacement even if it isnt less then 14 days young?

EDIT: I have just called another apple reseller, they said they will have to take a look at it and then make the decision if they will repair it or replace it, atleast give me a fully working machine back.
