hi there. i own a 17" intel imac and its superdrive is driving me nuts. i've hardly had created 2 o 3 dvds and have thrown away like 10 or so. it gives me an error message that doesn't say too much during the burning process so the dvds become useless. i've tried Toast and other apps and it's always the same. should i take it to an apple center? thanks.

It could be your superdrive or it could be that you got a duff pack of dvds. have you tried another make of dvd or another pack. I have had the same problem in the past.

Yeah, for some reason, DVDs seem to be more wonkey than CDs when you try to burn them. I'd try another make or pack before you start to panic too much.
