iPhone My IOS 9 6+ experience

So I have been reading lots of different threads and trying not to create a jaded view of the new IOS.. So I Upgraded my iphone 6plus and gave it a go.. I did the install via itunes and things went smooth. No issues during the install.

Started to use my phone like i normally do.. I use my phone for everything. Work email, web, taptalk, facebook, photos, notes, pandora, waze, ect.. So here is where I started to noticed things slow down...

Then I started to go through threads and reading up to see if there were issues.. My biggest issues have been ....

• Lock screen- when i go to unlock my phone there is a lag when i hit the numbers to unlock my phone. It does not take the first number due to the lag. Its odd. I have not had that issue in the past.
• Taptalk - we can use macrumors as an example i open taptalk and then goto macrumors the app hangs i have to close out and then re open sometimes 2 to 3 times
• Screen transitions from apps. not sure if its lag or some sort of hang issue but there is a delay when going from app to app.
• Safari - hit or miss on this one. Sometimes the tabs reload some times they dont. not sure if this is an issue with network or os. Just more noticeable than before.
• Google hangouts - this has crashed on me a few times and has been slow with notifications.

Over all the phone feels like it is processing more stuff and is just taxed more. Not sure if something got botched during the install and is corrupt or if the software is just not running well. Don't want to be nit picky about some of these sort of things but they can get annoying when you use a lot of these features often and you get constant hang and have to soft reset. For me right now the lock screen is probably the most annoying of the group that and taptalk since those are the most used. and the app transitions just seem really off. No longer smooth and seamless. Not sure if I have some sort of setting set incorrectly or if there is a feature to change that will help. I tried reduce motion, and the increase contract options and didn't seem to do to much. Wasn't a huge fan of the look and feel of that either. Will end my rant wasn't sure if anyone else was having a similar experience with these apps as well.

I'm on the iPhone e 6 Plus and to date have not seen the lag that lots of people are seeing. Do you use the transparency feature in setting or not.

I choose not to so have it toggled on which some say makes the iOS look ugly. Each to their own.

I get the same delay when inputting my passcode. It misses the first press sometimes. Can't use Touch ID with my work case otherwise this wouldn't be an issue for me.
