In Iphone 4 and mac there is a way to select iCloud notes so that they sync to other devices but notes created on the Ipad2 I cannot select any iCloud account so that my notes will sync over to other devices?

The only workaround is to sync my iPad to iTunes and select the box to have my notes synced via iTunes instead of iCloud - does anyone else have trouble with notes and iPad 2?

well?

Am I the only one with this problem? I type a note in Ipad2 and it does not turn up on my mac or Iphone and I have icloud notes turned on for all 3 devices.

Same problem

I am having the exact same problem. Also, on my iPhone I can change accounts in the notes, but it doesn't work on the iPad, the option just is not there.

I can sync the notes on my iPad 1 and MBP running OS X Lion, but the FONT in the notes on my iPad is messed up! It defaults to Helvetica, even though I have set it to Noteworthy in Settings-->Notes-->Font.

The font of the notes in OS X Lion is good.

I noticed I had this issue with Pages for iOS when I had more than one iCloud account set up on my devices. Works when I shifted all my data and contacts to one account though.

I recently tried this out. After enabling note syncing to icloud for two devices you actually have several note "accounts" assuming you had existing notes. In notes you have to use the back arrow to see the accounts which are all notes, on my device and icloud. Switch to icloud and start making notes there, those new notes should show up on the other device. Copy paste your on this device notes to the icloud notes account to move them.

Then if you delete all your notes in the on this device account the back arrow goes away, you are forced to use all icloud notes.

I thought it would just sync all existing notes but it doesn't do that.

When I first switched over to iCloud it asked me if I wanted to merge my Contacts, Calendars, and Notes with iCloud.

Not sure why you had that issue but I'm glad you were able to figure it out.
