My IPhone 5 has weird colours

My iPhone 5 looks like this and it's really frustrating. My phone works fine it just has these annoying colours on it. It makes watching videos annoying. I got the screen fixed as it was smashed in late March and this stated happening a few weeks ago. It stated off in small lots then got bigger. If anyone could help would be great!!

What's your wallpaper? The background in Siri is supposed to be a blurred and darkened version of the screen behind it. I can make out the icons in the dock at the bottom of the screenshot, so what's above that is your wallpaper.

Got to love how if it's a physical screen defect, it's going to appear on a screenshot capture. But if the issue you are complaining about is appearing on the screenshot, this confirms its not issue with the screen and is a software issue.
