My iPhone 5s that I went in the water with now has gray spots all over the screen I had my lifeproof on (it would've been stupid if I didn't) I don't know what to do by the way my phone still works perfectly it's just really annoying having gray spots all over the screen.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!:)

Those are drops of water on the display, they will eventually fade away, not completely, but they might not be noticeable in a couple of weeks.
Had the same happen to one of my notebook displays, without life proof on though.

Thanks so much I got really worried I put my phone in a bag of rice for 72 hours and half of it went away I'm just lucky my phone still works and if the spots are serious my warnty hasn't expired yet

The normal warranty does not cover accidental damage and the phone has water damage indicators. If you have Apple Care Plus accidental damage is covered though.
