So yesterday I was demoing my iPhone for my little brother and told him to give me a call... Well it worked and that was all fine and dandy. Then I had him listen to music while I called and instructed him to pinch the headphones and answer, he did and all I could hear was nothing! He could hear me just fine but I could not hear him...I thought that he did it wrong and so we tried again. I then reset the phone, still no dice so I went to the apple store. They gave me a new set of headphones, and being a somewhat wise man I ask to try it here in the store...it didnt work...So we tried it on iPhones in the store and the new headphones worked. So they concluded it was the iPhone. He pulled out a brand new iPhone switched the SIM cards (I had him wipe my data off the old one...) and I was good to go. Total time in apple store 1hour 22min. Mind you I was within the 14 day return time frame, so my ease of service was probably due to that. But none the less I was impressed....
EDIT: I then called AT&T to ask them to refund the minutes (because we had to call my iPhone to test it) and it took less than ten minutes and he refunded me an extra 10 minutes for my time!! (I am on pay as you go...)
