My iPhone screen is yellower

Hello.
My iPhone 4 is about 4 months old. My friends also have an iPhone 4 and if i compare my iPhone 4 to theirs my iPhone screen is more yellow like it has less white lights. What can be the reason and how can I fix it?

I also have this issue, my sister's iPhone 4's screen has a yellow tint to it, mine is much more brighter, with natural and vivid colours. So she told her phone carrier about this problem, and they offered a replacement and next thing you know, it still has the same issue.

Sadly, you cannot verify which iPhone 4 does or does not have a desired screen, I think that some parts of the iPhone (for example the screen) is manufactured by different suppliers like Toshiba or Samsung, so each part differs from each other, and although Apple goes through stages of quality checks/control, it is likely that some may be slight different than other (in this case, give the screen a yellow tint to it). unfortunately, seeing as the iPhone is mass produced, sometimes Apple likes switching with suppliers to gain on profit credentials - a Toshiba screen manufactured by them is not going to be 100% same as a part manufactured by a different company.

I think that getting a replacement won't guarantee a fix for your issue, unless if your lucky and get a screen that's well good.

Look at the images of my iPhone 4 (right) compared with my sister's (left). Sorry for the low picture quality, took it with my iPad 2 - it is more visible in real life though. Unfortunately, I don't know how you can overcome this issue.

Typical. Seems every replacement is yellow tinted.

Only way you can fix it is bring it to Apple and have them replace the phone. But you might get another iphone with yellow tint too.
If you didnt notice it before and didnt bother you dont worry about it and dont be OCD.

Yes! That's exactly like mine! When I compare my iPhone to others it looks exactly like on your photo. I would ask for a replacement. But I'm not sure if it's even possible. I bought my iPhone 4 at the USA Locked to AT&T and I'm not really related to AT&T ( They're not my carrier and I'm not living in the US ). Isn't there suppose to be a worldwide warranty?

Theres nothing wrong with a yellow tinted screen. Its not a defect. Apple uses a few different LCD manufactures and each displays have different temperatures. Yours just happen to be yellow tinted. Most displays are a slight blue, but yellow is not uncommon. A display should be completely neutral color wise, which i have yet to find one on an iphone display.
