Hi guys, I've got this 256GB phone 3 weeks ago. I'm happy because I came from Mi8 (a good Android smartphone) and I was expected for great improvements and performance. Well, I was wrong. I've already got a XS Max for my mother in the past months, and her device is really good, the touch is responsive, no lags and the SoC is quite cold and a better brightness (I took some photo for this last issue)

My device is the opposite. Sometimes the battery drain a lot (from 50% to 45% in.. 10 minutes of WA recording audio)? Got hot and the touch doesn't seem so responsive, it's likely touch a butter. I mean, I'm very precise because I spent 1,4k€ and it's minimum to expect the "perfection".

I contacted 3 times the Apple via web, and their diagnosis gave them good results. So I went to an Apple Store and they told me (with the same diagnosis of Apple Expert done before online) that the device seems perfect, so I cannot get a replace until they could experience all the problems with their hands. [really, do they rely on this diagnostic tool only?]

I feel betrayed by Apple, I cannot stand with a device that give me an experience worse than my old devices. What should I do? :c
