My Lap of the Nurburgring/Nordschleife 17th August 2011

Hi Guys,

I went to the Nurburgring/Nordschleife on Wednesday and done my first ever 2 laps on it and i filmed my 2nd one.

Had a great time even though the weather wasn't great when i was on track. I couldn't believe how different it is from the game its so bumpy and the cambers are crazy. Well worth going if you're thinking about it. Just a great experience.

You could always fly there are hire a car, You can hire a race prepared 200bhp Renault Clio for $200 a lap

Haha just drive there from Italy, was a lot of guys from Italy there. If you take your own car its 24Euros a Lap.

What are the specs of your ST? Sounds nice. I got a Leon Cupra R.

That is by leaps and bounds the best sounding Focus ST I've ever heard, nice lap!

Its currently Standard apart from a Panel Filter. It use to be 300bhp and 360ft\lbs. I'm looking at getting a RS so i returned it to standard to make it easier to sell or trade when the time comes.

At the beginning you seemed to be taking it nice and easy and you later got more comfortable and started really tearing into it haha.

Yeah i was warned that the track is slippy when wet so it built my speed up and it was actually very grippy.

The Lotus was just being a bit of a girl in the bends and on breaking as you can see how i gain in the corners and braking, i wouldn't have stood a chance if he could drive
