I just want to preface this by saying that this is something that happened on my own device, there's no information this has happened to every device. The purpose of this thread is to ask if anyone else has experienced this issue.
So, I'm aware that some people's location privacy settings were automatically reset after updating to iOS 17.0 (this happened to me too), but after updating to 17.0.3, it happened to me again. Just wanted to ask, has anyone else also encountered this? Here's the timeline of what happened to me:
September 18 - Updated my previous phone from the iOS 17 developer beta to the final release, didn't check my location privacy settings.
September 21 - Updated my previous phone from the iOS 17.0 to 17.0.1, also didn't check my location privacy settings at this point.
September 22 - Received iPhone 15 Pro Max, updated it to 17.0.2 before setting up and transferring from my old 12 Pro.
September 29 - Saw news articles about iOS 17 resetting location privacy settings, checked mine and found that everything under "System Services" had been re-enabled including Significant Locations, which had previously been manually disabled. I disabled a few services I don't use, including Significant Locations. I also took a screenshot of the settings to keep track of what I had disabled (see below).
October 4 - Updated from iOS 17.0.2 to iOS 17.0.3.
October 10 - Checked location privacy settings, found that most had been re-enabled again including Significant Locations. My workplace had been registered under Significant Locations. Took a screenshot before re-disabling stuff I don't need.
Here are the two screenshots from the mentioned time points:

That being said, this has only happened on my phone. I have a work-issued iPad 8th gen as well as a personal iPad Pro 11" 3rd gen, neither of which had location privacy settings automatically change after these updates.
Anyone else also get their settings re-reset a second time after updating to 17.0.3?
