Hi

Got my macmini m1, 8mb/256Mb worked nice a day then it started crashing more and more.

I thought i should install a new bigsur 11.01, cleared the ssd .. ( there it statrted to flake ... showning 512 GB !!! )

A big "!" shows on the screen.

Then I went with Apple support Apple Configurator 2, and get error "No space" NSPOSIXErrorDomain - 0x1c (28)

Is it the ssd that broke, cant store firmware stuff on the ssd

Pretty lost with this new firmware stuff !

Something like this never happened before !

Did you resolve your issue?
Are you able to boot from external drive, into recovery or something?

Nope complety bricked, just an "!" www.appple... showing up on the screen.

Think that the internal SSD is broke, if the SSD is broke you are bricked for ever.

The firmware seem to use that to store info.

A bit like an iPhone :)

It's actually worked since I posted that message - I was just assuming it would fail again

The error is caused by too little storage space on the 2nd Mac running Apple Configurator 2. I cleared about 20gb on the 2nd Mac and it worked as it should!

Thank god! I was panicking

Hi did you manage to fix this? I'm having the exact same issue
Hi

I didn't, the apple tech guy said that the ssd was broken, and told me to return it.
Got a new one a month later ....
