Hi! I have an emac G4 with the newest version of itune. My ipod is a classic 30g 5th generation. My computer and my itunes will not recognize it. I tried to reset it, do the data disk thing, restart the computer, reinstall itunes, tried downloading a itunes version 6.x and a 7.x (it said that my previous library was a newer one, and itune would not load) The ipod charges and plays, but i can't add anything to it, or sync it. I tried it on a pc and with other usb cords, but nothing works. So i can't even restore it to the factory setting. I've run out of options. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!
