I just noticed that when I tried to move files on my desktop, they moved down from where I wanted them to go. When I clicked clean up, it moved them to the center screen, when I tried to move them to the top right corner it moved them to the middle of the screen. I then thought, maybe my screen is glitching, so I rubber band boxed the screen, and couldn't select the upper part of my screen. What's wrong with my desktop, how do I fix it? The image is still there and looks fine, but I cannot select it, it's like half of the desktop has been moved off the screen.
