My Mac keeps crashing.

My macbook Air 13" 2014 restarts on his own. In various apps, first time in Numbers, then in Pixelmator and then in VLC player. This message pops to the screen after crash.

That is a Kernal Panic. That means either you have a bad program hackie or a hardware problem.

So how can i fix this? Is there a way that i can try myself or i have to give my mac for repair?

Boot into Recover Mode and see if you can repair the version of OS X. Plus make sure you have updated your programs through the Mac App Store and MacUpdate.com.

Having the same problem here, rMBP 2013 in Safari twice. I'll reboot in recovery and update.

I booted my Mac to recovery and repaired disk. Now waiting. If it crashes again I think ill do Yosemite clean reinstall.
