My Mac Mini HDMI 4k 60hz FIX (Mac Mini 2018 - Catalina)

There is a common problem with Mac OS Catalina and the Mac Mini 2018 HDMI connections…

You turn on the Mac and the screen and there is no signal.

Apparently It only happens when using HDMI to HDMI and often when you are trying to use HDMI 2.0 4k @60 hz.

I am having this exact issue and it is absolutely ridiculous that it is happening.
This already happened before as well, I guess not as frequent.
If I pull the plug I sometimes get booted up to the recover password screen, which actually sends signal to my 4K TV. But once I press reboot on that screen, I don't get signal anymore.
Has this been fixed in an update or will be soon? Any comment from Apple?
